- journalist or director degree or equivalent through experience
- experience in directing corporate and institutional films
- sharp and contemporary eye
- curious mind interested in today's issues (political, social, business,…)
- creative
- organised
- writes perfectly in English or French
- developing an audiovisual story for institutional or corporate films
- assimilating and communicating specialised subjects and topics
- writing scripts
- directing a shooting with a crew of cameraman and sound engineer
- following the post-production with an editor or motion designer
